Thursday:            5:30-6:30 pm Turbo Charged                           
                 9:00-10:00 am Iron Warrior

Saturday:            9:00-10:00 am Hard Core Fit

  •  Hardcore FitCombination of boxing, suspension training, boot camp and Tuff Mudder
  •  PiYo!- Pilates strength with Yoga stretch
  •  Iron Warrior- Combination of Pilates, Yoga and Boot Camp
  • Turbo Charged- combination of Kickboxing and Boot Camp!


Prices for group exercise:

$6- per class (non-membership)
$199- annual  (membership– Paid in full)
$225- annual membership (payment plan)
